How do I become a RiseWell Dental Partner?
The process for becoming a Dental Partner is quick and easy - simply complete our PRO Account Form and a RiseWell representative will review your application in 24-48 hours. Once approved, you will have access to our special pricing and be able to place your order in a few clicks.
How much does it cost to purchase RiseWell products wholesale?
We offer special pricing for our Dental Partners. Once you’re approved, you will be able to buy our product at a lower price than on our direct-to-consumer website.
How does RiseWell ship wholesale orders?
RiseWell ships wholesale orders only within the US at the moment. Our wholesale orders are shipped with UPS (3-7 days shipping times). All orders are subject to shipping charges.
Why should I carry RiseWell products in my office?
RiseWell products were developed by our Scientific Council comprised of some of the leading dentists and doctors in the US. They are committed to helping us on our mission to bring consumers the best, most effective and most scientifically backed products possible and to remain on the leading edge of oral care products.

What is Hydroxyapatite?
Hydroxyapatite is a natural mineral that makes up almost 97% of your tooth enamel and 60% of your bones. You have pounds of this stuff in your body and it’s floating around in your mouth as you read this. A revolution in oral care, HA has become standard in Japan (they get all the good stuff first!), and is increasingly being used in Europe due to its safety and effectiveness. There is research that shows it is as good or better at remineralizing your teeth than fluoride. Don’t believe us? Check out the studies on our ingredients page!
What makes RiseWell toothpastes different than other natural toothpastes?
Most natural toothpastes don’t include any ingredients that remineralize your enamel the way that fluoride does in traditional toothpaste. We use all natural hydroxyapatite which has been shown in studies to remineralize your enamel as well as, or even better than, fluoride!
Is RiseWell recommended by dentists?
Yes, we are currently sold in over 500 dental offices. In fact we have built a Scientific Council comprised of some of the leading dentists and doctors in the United States. RiseWell makes products that everyone can feel comfortable using. Our products are safe for braces, invisalign, veneers, fillings, crowns and implants.
Does RiseWell toothpaste help overall health?
Yes! Overall health starts in the mouth, and our products are packed with ingredients that promote healthy teeth, sooth gums, reduce inflammation, and control bad bacteria.
Does RiseWell help whiten teeth?
Yes. hydroxyapatite has natural whitening properties. Our natural toothpaste whitens without the use of harsh peroxides that strip enamel and cause sensitivity!
Are RiseWell products free from harmful ingredients?
RiseWell ingredients are naturally effective, 100% safe to swallow, SLS free, paraben free, and propylene glycol free.
Are RiseWell products made responsibly?
Yes, all of our natural oral care products are made to be gluten-free, vegan and neither we, nor our suppliers test on animals.
Is RiseWell made with parabens?
No. All RiseWell products are made without parabens.
Are RiseWell products allergen friendly?
Our manufacturing facility contains products with shea nut butter, macadamia nut, sunflower, and coconut oil. However, we have an allergy segregation protocol that isolates known allergens and prevents cross contamination. Our products are NOT made in the same facility as products containing peanut or peanut bi-products, eggs, dairy or flax. We are also 100% vegan and gluten free. Are RiseWell products Gluten free and Vegan?
Yes, RiseWell products are gluten free and vegan.
Are RiseWell products Cruelty Free?
Yes, RiseWell is a cruelty-free company. We never test on animals.
Are your products made in the USA?
All of our manufacturing facilities are in the United States, except for our teflon free floss, which is made in Italy.
How long does one tube of RiseWell toothpaste last?
One 4 oz. tube should last the average user two to three months if used twice daily.
What is the shelf life of RiseWell products?
RiseWell’s products have a 2 year shelf life.
What color should the Kids Natural Toothpaste be?
Our Natural Kids Toothpaste is flavored with Vanilla Planifolia Fruit which gives the toothpaste a slight tan color and also its yummy cake batter flavor.
What color should the Balancing Mouthwash be?
Our Balancing Mouthwash may sometimes have a slight yellow tint because of the all natural ingredients and the lack of artificial dyes.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We only ship wholesale orders within the US at the moment.
How much is shipping?
All orders are subject to shipping charge. We don’t offer free shipping on wholesale orders. The shipping cost of your order depends on product quantity and where the order is being shipped to. You will be able to know your shipping cost before placing the order.
How long will it take to get my package?
We have a fulfillment window of three to five business days*. Your package will arrive 1-7 days after shipping.

*Customized orders have a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks (production + delivery).
How do I track my order?
You will be sent a confirmation email when your package is on the way. It will contain a tracking number to track your package. Please note, it can take 24-48 hours for your tracking number to enter the system before you can see its progress. But rest assured, it is on its way!
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Although, we do our very best to pack your order carefully to avoid incidents during transit, damages can happen, unfortunately. If your order arrived damaged, please email us at pro@risewellpro.com and we will assist you with the next steps.

Safety

Are RiseWell products safe?
Yes. RiseWell products meet all FDA requirements and are manufactured in facilities that meet the FDA’s Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs).
Are RiseWell products BPA-Free?
Yes, RiseWell products and packaging are BPA-free.
Are there RiseWell products that are safe for children?
Yes, all RiseWell oral care products are perfectly safe for children. In fact, there are no age restrictions to use our products. And you don't even have to worry if they swallow some of the natural toothpaste, unlike fluoride toothpastes. We think our products are perfect for a growing family. We even make a toothpaste safe for kids that tastes like cake batter!
What happens if I swallow your toothpaste?
here are no added poisons in our products, so you won’t find a warning label on our No Fluoride Added toothpastes like you would on traditional toothpastes.
Can adults use kid’s toothpaste and vice-versa?
While we do have a regular Non-fluoride toothpaste, we also have an kid’s toothpaste that is safe for adults to use as well. The best part is that it tastes just like cake batter!
Are RiseWell products safe to use while pregnant?
Yes, our products are absolutely safe for pregnancy and for people of all ages!

AutoShip Program

What is AutoShip and how does it work?
AutoShip is the most convenient way for you to get the items you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. We automatically send you the items you select based upon your chosen frequency (e.g., every month, 2 months, 3 months). The service is easy to use and customizable. Just tell us how often you want your items, and we'll take it from there. The AutoShip Program is subject to the The AutoShip Terms and Conditions.

When you enroll in the AutoShip Program, you have control over your AutoShip orders. We send a reminder email and SMS to you before each order is placed. This email and SMS will specify your order’s placement date. You can change your order frequency, next order date, or quantity of items in your order by visiting the “AutoShip” section in your RiseWell PRO account or by replying to the SMS. Changes to an order can be made any time up to at least 72 hours prior to an order’s placement date and, subject to the foregoing, you can cancel your AutoShip at any time.
How do I set up Autoship?
To create an AutoShip, select the “AutoShip” button instead of “One Time Purchase” button when adding RiseWell to your cart. AutoShhip will renew every month by default with the ability to customize frequency of shipments. You may pause, cancel, or change the frequency of your autoship at any time by logging into your account here.
Can I modify the frequency of my AutoShip?
Yes, you can modify the frequency with which your AutoShip renews by logging into your account and clicking “EDIT” next to the line “Delivered every 1 Month.”
Do I have to sign up for AutoShip?
No, you can select “One Time Purchse” when adding RiseWell to your cart.
How do I change the products in my AutoShip?
Step 1: Log into your account, and go to "Manage my AutoShip"
Step 2: Pause the current product.
Step 3: Click "Add product"
Step 4: Select your new products, desired quantity, shipping frequency, shipping address and when you'd like the next order to occur. Complete the process by clicking "Add product".
I can’t login to my account to access my AutoShip?
